EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

In the recruitment industry one of the key factors to be among the leading companies, it is important for the companies to have continuous improvement in the performance and reliability in the recruitment industry. This is done only when the company understands the customer’s expectations and meets them and in the same sense with candidates expectations and meets them. The companies which provide the service to the candidates and clients are many companies in the recruitment field. So whenever the recruitment firm is taking the decision they have to be very careful about it and they have to know about the competitors strategies towards the clients and the candidates.

Standardized and proper work flow in the company will make the consultants or recruitment firm to achieve better heights in the corporate field. Recruiters must take care of the clients and they have to be in touch with the clients always, about the recruitment process and asking them about the candidates feedback and offer discussions and in the same way the recruitment firm has to follow up with the candidates and their problems and solving those issues with the help of the clients.

Hence analysis was made on evaluating candidate satisfaction towards the services provided by Mainstream Technologies (I) Pvt ltd. Responses towards this collected from the candidates who had got selected form the Noida branch, responses collected through telephonic survey asking them about the company and where we can improve our services to provide the best of the best services to the candidates.

According to the analysis we came to know that the candidate expect the company to concentrate on the other sectors like IT and other growing sectors and they expect the recruiters should be very frank in their job and they have to provide the proper information about the job which includes the salary issues, job description, shift timing and address of the company and consultancy information etc.       

This study can help the company to understand the candidate’s requirement and their expectations and achieving and reaching the candidates expectations with the proper process and strategies. This can create a good position in the candidates mind and work out for the company very well for the future references.

FAVORITE WRITERS

Kuvempu- He is one of the greatest poet in India. His poems are sweet and heart touching.

Shakespeare- I like his all play, they are fantastic. Romeo juliot is one of my favorite plays.

My dream job is to become good manager in the corporate world especially in the field of finance…

After five years I want to see myself as a good manager and good son to my parents and I want to take my family responsibilities and I would like to help my brother and sisters in their education financially.
